Return Policy

RETURNS PROCESS

• Merchandise must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.
• Merchandise must be returned within 10 days from receiving date.
• Please allow up to 10 business days from the receipt of your return to be processed and your refund issued.
• We cannot accommodate returns for International orders.

RETURNS REQUIREMENTS

Sale items and items purchased using any discount code, are all FINAL SALEand are not eligible for return.

• All sale and discounted items, accessories, and clearance items are FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned.
• Any items with a discount greater than 10% are FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned or exchanged, including promotional codes and incentives used on full priced items.
• There is a 10%restocking fee on all returns that are equal to or greater than $750.00
• Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
• Merchandise must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.
• Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Dare Me Bikini's discretion to decide if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
• Please note: Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns.

DAMAGES

Dare Me Bikini, Inc. guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 30 days from date of order as long as you follow our care instructions. Dare Me Bikini's suits are delicate and experience normal "wear and tear" over time. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost.
